Should US take back its troops or Iraq is under trap by USA?

USA Army is in Iraq since 19th March 2003 and still waiting to rule IRAQ. US election is in November 2020 and lots of promises. The US decision to cut troops is a relief or a challenge for Iraqi Government?

 

By the assassination of Iranian general Qaseem Soleimani in Baghdad in January has raise public sentiments to throw US troops out of IRAQ, and non-Binding resolution passed by Iraqi law makers.
 

For India its very important that middle east should be in peace as most of the remittance comes from middle east and in COVID-19 India is struggling a lot for remittance.
 

Is it time for US to take back its troops from Iraq or its going to be hard for Iraqi government to handle the decision USA has made in middle east.
